Below are the most common questions that we receive about our margarita machines.

  • How long can we use a margarita machine?

    Your margarita machine rental is for 24 hours. If you wish to rent our margarita machine for a few days, additional fees will apply. 

  • How far in advance should I reserve a margarita machine?

    We recommend reserving a machine five to seven days in advance. During peak seasons, it’s best to book as far in advance as you can to make sure you’ll have the machine you need for your party or corporate event. For last-minute margarita machine rental requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. 

  • How many mixes do I need?

    The number of mixes to order will depend on the number of guests you’re expecting at your party. Ideally, you should order one margarita mix for every 20 guests. Our recommendation is to get two to three sweet mixes for 50 guests or more. If you’re hosting a corporate event that will be attended by at least 200 people or more, it’s best to reserve two machines and three to five mixes. 

  • Do you also supply the alcohol?

    No. Sweet Margaritas is not licensed to supply liquor or alcohol; hence it is not included in our margarita machine rental packages. Our sweet mixes are made from premium concentrates and do not contain any liquor or alcohol.

  • Are your margarita machines for rent easy to use?

    Sweet Margaritas makes it a point to teach our clients the easy and efficient way of using our margarita machines. You don’t even need ice to make smooth slushies and frozen margaritas. All you need to do is add the water, alcohol, and sweet mix into the hoppers or buckets that hold the mixture. Pour and stir the contents well. Lastly, turn it on, and our margarita machine will do the rest.

  • How long does it usually take for the margarita mix to freeze?

    Using our premium margarita machines, it typically takes around 45 minutes for our mix to freeze into a smooth and frozen consistency. You don’t have to worry about lag in freeze time since you can simply add the mixture as you go. We highly recommend priming the machine a few hours ahead to ensure it works well throughout your party or corporate event. 

  • Can I set up the machine outdoors?

    Our margarita machines for rent operate best under the shade. If your event is at an outdoor venue, the machine should never be placed under direct sunlight to ensure that your mixes are cooled and frozen at the ideal temperature.
